Yes. We manufacture any types of bespoke seals based on your specific requirements.

Does Plastfit makes customization on existing portfolio?

Yes. We can customise any model of seal that you decide from our portfolio.
We can even redesign the model start from scratch.

How can select a correct model of sealing solution?

In order to produce the finest and long standing sealing solutions we should study your project properly and calculate each parameteres such as materials and diamateres to determine correct sealing solutions from our wide range of portfolio.

What is the minimum order quantity?

You can order as much as length of seal you need from our existing portfolio.
If you do not order a standart product, you can order minimum length of bespoke seals that the length amount specified by us.

Can I order any color of weather seals?

Yes. You can order any color of weather seals if you decide it from our standart color palatte.
If you need to order special color, you should decide the correct color tone from Classic Ral K5 catalog.
If you cannot decide the correct colors, we are here to extend our support to help you decide your exact need.

Can I buy from Plastfit direct or should I contact with distributors?

Yes. You can buy from us directly. but if you are at the location of our distributor's channel then you can buy from our distributors. contact us for more information.

Does Archifit serial weather seals clean easily?

Yes. Archifit serial weather seals clean easily and they do not leave any dirt or stains due to raw material.
But the weather seals should not be removed from the groove for cleaning but if one does, then it can be gently reinstalled. Most importantly do not recommend you to remove weather seals unless there is a maintenance need for it.

What if any discoloration, wear and tear or failure happens on any model of sealing solutions?

We've developed the most accurate formulations to use in final products in order to achieve long standing solutions for TPE, TPV and PVC seals. Unless, seals directly subjected to chemical factors there will be no discoloration, tear or failure of any sort.

Does Archifit serial can easily install?

Yes. The serial of Archifit sealing solutions can easily install.
In order to make an impeccable installations, the weather seals should be installed by relevant person otherwise weather seals may not fit it precisely.

How can I maintain weather seal?

Weather seals must be in excellent condition. If the seal has visible damages you should renovate it.

In order to deliver high quality of sealing solutions, we must pretend all possible mistakes might evolve during post-production. Therefore, we provide you a sample so that we can confirm the actual design during the pre-production then move to actual production straight away.
